Casccade Casccade

Terms of Service

Effective 3 October 2026

These terms apply to everyone who uses Casccade. By using it you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

Your data

The data you put into Casccade stays yours. You give Casccade permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Messages you send

You send emails, texts and Facebook or Instagram messages through Casccade. You must have the right to contact each person you message, honour every opt-out, and follow the laws and platform rules that apply to you, including Meta's Platform Terms and policies. Casccade records consent and opt-outs and refuses sends to people who opted out, but you remain responsible for your messages.

What you may not do

Connected services

When you connect Facebook, Instagram, Stripe, a text-message provider or another service, that service's own terms also apply. Casccade is not responsible for those services, and a connection works only while that service allows it.

The service

We work to keep Casccade running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Casccade is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits.

Ending

You may stop using Casccade at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and we will tell you why.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
